1) About Sanadi

Sanadi provides tools to create and manage rotating savings circles by offering schedules, timelines, reminders (where enabled), and record-keeping features such as proof references. Sanadi is not a bank, payment processor, money services business, broker, or financial institution.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use Sanadi. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3) Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We may apply reasonable security measures (e.g., rate-limiting, session protections) to protect users and the platform.

4) Circles, Off-Platform Payments, and Risk

Rotating savings circles involve social and financial risk. You are solely responsible for selecting circle members, agreeing circle rules, and verifying off-platform contributions. Sanadi does not verify real-world transactions and is not a party to agreements between circle members.

  • All contributions are made off-platform, directly between circle members.
  • Sanadi does not custody funds, process payments, or provide escrow.
  • Sanadi does not guarantee that a member will pay, pay on time, or pay at all.
  • You agree to use Sanadi only with individuals you trust and to apply appropriate due diligence.

5) User Content (Proof Uploads, Links, Notes)

Sanadi may allow you to upload files, submit links, or add notes as proof references or record-keeping for your circle. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

  • You confirm you have the rights and permissions to upload or share any content you provide.
  • You agree not to upload illegal content, malware, abusive content, or content that violates privacy rights.
  • Do not upload sensitive credentials (bank usernames/passwords), full card numbers, or unnecessary personal data.
  • We may remove content or restrict access where required for safety, legal compliance, or to protect users.

6) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Sanadi to engage in unlawful activity or misuse the platform. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud, deception, impersonation, or identity misuse
  • Harassment, threats, hate, or abusive conduct
  • Uploading malware, harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access
  • Facilitating money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime
  • Using Sanadi in a way that misrepresents the service as a bank/payment platform

7) Optional Identity Verification

If identity verification is enabled, Sanadi may redirect you to a third-party verification provider. Sanadi does not store identity documents; it typically stores only verification status, provider name, provider reference ID, and timestamps. Verification does not guarantee payment behavior or eliminate circle risk.

8) Service Communications

We may send you service-related communications, such as security notices, account messages, and reminders (where enabled). You may be able to manage notification preferences inside the app.

9) Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to Sanadi (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk to other users, or engaged in suspicious or unlawful activity. You may stop using Sanadi at any time.

10) Disclaimers

Sanadi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we make no warranties of uninterrupted availability; and (b) we do not warrant that off-platform payments will be completed or disputes will be resolved. Sanadi does not provide financial advice, payment services, escrow services, or transaction verification.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanadi and its operators will not be liable for losses arising from: off-platform transfers, circle member disputes, non-payment, late payment, chargebacks, user-generated content, or reliance on schedules/timelines. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanadi and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or infringement of third-party rights.

13) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update features, security controls, and policies from time to time. We may also update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and, where relevant, applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts/tribunals having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
