Is Sanadi a bank or a wallet?
Sanadi is a technology platform — not a bank and not a wallet. We don't hold your money; we help you organize a circle, track contributions, and keep records.
Do you hold or move my money?
No. Contributions happen directly between circle members using the method your group agrees (bank transfer, cash, etc.). Sanadi helps with reminders, proof uploads, and tracking.
What is a circle?
A circle is a private group that contributes a fixed amount on a schedule. Each cycle, one member receives the payout — based on the agreed order.
How is the payout order decided?
The circle admin selects the order, or members vote (optional). The order is visible to everyone before the circle starts.
When does a circle start and when are contributions due?
A circle starts on the chosen start date. Contribution due dates are automatically shown on the circle timeline and sent as reminders.
What happens if someone misses a contribution?
The circle rules apply (grace period, replacement, admin action). Sanadi can require proof of contribution and log missed contributions to protect transparency.
Is it secure?
Sanadi is built to reduce risk by keeping circles private, using verified accounts, and keeping a clear audit trail (timestamps + proofs). You should only join circles with people you trust.
Are there fees?
Basic circles can be free. Premium features can include: advanced verification, stronger admin controls, automated reminders, enhanced records, and dispute tools.
