Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is permitted and prohibited when using Sanadi. Sanadi is a coordination platform; it does not handle funds and does not process payments.

1) You agree to use Sanadi lawfully

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, and you must not use Sanadi to facilitate unlawful activity.

2) Prohibited activities

  • Fraud or deception: misleading others, fake proof uploads, or manipulating schedules to deceive members.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another person or entity, or using false identity details.
  • Financial crime: using Sanadi to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime.
  • Unauthorized access: hacking, probing, scraping, or attempting to bypass authentication/security controls.
  • Malware or harmful code: uploading files or links containing malware, spyware, or malicious content.
  • Harassment or abuse: threats, hate, harassment, or abusive conduct toward others.
  • Privacy violations: sharing sensitive personal data of others without permission.
  • Spam: unsolicited messaging, invitations, or abusive promotional activity.
  • Reverse engineering: attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service.

3) Proof uploads (use carefully)

Proof uploads are for record-keeping only. Do not upload bank credentials, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive details. Uploading illegal content is prohibited.

4) Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, the platform, or to comply with legal obligations. We may remove content where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
